I have always had a passion for health and fitness and helping others to reach their goals. The industry is saturated with fad diets and unsustainable results, often through uneducated people or influencers preaching quick fixes. My goal is to clean up the industry and help more people get in shape and teach them how they can stay there. This is how the Body Project was formed.
By working with so many clients over a number of years, I’ve learnt how to navigate them though their own journeys to achieve their own personal goals. It is definitely not the same route for everybody, and one programme does not fit all.
Being a peronsal trainer and MNU Nutritionist allows me to offer an evidenced based approach to nutrition. Alongside years of exercise mechanics studying, I can make fitness plans truly specific to you and your unique body.
