Online coaching means you can be guided with your training, even when Luke or the team's not there with you. With this style of coaching, personalised training and nutrition plans are made specifically to suit you, so that you can train effectively to achieve your fitness goals; all virtually.

With online coaching, a weekly check-in is a requirement to check your progress and make any needed adjustments to your programming. It's not just that, we'll check how your sleeping, your stress levels and how you're feeling mentally. These all play a key part in making progress to your specific fitness goal.

Everyone's different, from their goals, lifestyle, training ability and experience to biomechanics and available time to train. Tailored coaching means a programme personalised to you and your goals, whether that's in the gym or home workouts, The Body Project has you covered.

We all crave variety, especially when it comes to our meals. With The Body Project, you won’t be stuck eating the same boring foods during the week. You’ll gain access to high protein recipe packs that keep your diet exciting and delicious. If you're vegetarian or vegan, we've got you covered with tailored recipe packs just for you as well!

Each exercise within your programming has a dedicated video demonstrated by Luke to show you exactly how to perform it. If you're ever stuck, or just need a refresh, then our exercise library will have you covered and your'll gain access to it the moment you sign up.
In-depth Educational videos
With Luke being a qualified MNU Nutritionist, he will give you a personalised nutrition plan specific to you. When you sign up, we'll discuss your goals and what your current nutrition looks like, then make the needed adjustments to get you hitting your protein, carbohydrate and fat's that your body requires throughout the week.

You can share your own goals, ask for general support or advice and keep motivated together. Yearly challenges and other events are posted here first, so make sure you get involved!

Once you sign up, you will be given educational documents that cover everything from nutrition and supplements, to alcohol and mental wellbeing. Nothing should be left out on your fitness journey including education. We want to make sure you will have this knowledge for life.

Questions, answeredThese are just a few of the question’s we recieve about online coaching. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions, or would just like to sign up!
How does online coaching work?
You will be given a questionnaire to complete prior to signing up to help us identify areas we can help you with. We will then jump on a zoom call to take you through the different packages we offer and answer any other questions you may have.
On the call, we’ll set up a road map towards your fitness goal/s. I will then build you a tailored plan for us to work together, and your’ll also recieve a video of me explaining the plan for you to refer back to should you need to.
Once you have recieved the plan and understand the journey, your’ll then have access to my private Facebook group and we’ll begin your journey to the new and improved you!
Can I still socialise at weekends?
Absolutely! This is something that sets us apart from other coaches. I believe working towards a goal doesn’t have to be overly restrictive. Finding balance will keep you on track longer term without having to sacrifice your weekends. This is something I will teach you to manage so you can still enjoy life while achieving your fitness goals at the same time.
I believe this is one of the reasons I help my clients achieve such incredible results. I even teach you how to stay in shape while on your holidays.
Is online coaching just for experienced trainers?
No, not at all. We work with completely new people to the gym to people with years of experience training.
If you are completely new to the gym, our support and guidance will give you the confidence you need in the gym and a huge headstart in getting you your fitness goals.
If you are experienced, our coaching will still give you the edge you need in your training and even get you stage ready if that’s your goal.
I struggle for time, will this work for me?
Every plan we make is tailored to the individual with the time and commitment you can put in.
I work with busy professionals running multiple million pound companies of their own, parents juggling work while also running a house hold to other coaches with fully booked diaries.
All plans are adapted along the way to make the perfect plan as life and other commitments increase/decrease throughout the year.
How much support will I recieve, what if I have a question?
My client portal that you will gain access to has every question I have been asked as a coached, answered and will be available to you 24/7.
You will recieve a check-in every week where we look over your data and set news goals, keeping you progressing towards your fitness goal/s.
You will also have access to WhatsApp for any question or additional support required throughout the week.
On top of that, you will get instant access to my private Facebook group full of like-minded people sharing the same journey as you. You can post your wins, struggles or question their and recieve any answers to questions you may have from other Body Project members.
Will I go back to my old ways after your coaching?
With the framework provided by The Body Project, we aim to embed new habits that are here to stay. You will be coached on reaching your goal/s and then shown how to maintain these results long term.
