Andrew at 21 years of age supports his family looking after his siblings whilst studying, working & playing rugby at a respectable level for Cambridge University and Kent.
He come to me with a goal wanting to get strong to support his rugby and look great aesthetically too.
He’s starting weight was 97kg. I advised it would be beneficial to lose a bit more body fat (he had already dropped 6kg himself) before we go into a big gaining phase. As we would be adding body fat as well a muscle tissue.
He trusted in me and we set out the first 12 week phase and he lost over 12kg of body fat!!
We now have great foundations in place ready to go into a longer gaining phase and pack on some serious muscle tissue in the process.
Well done Andrew you have smashed Phase 1 I can’t wait to push on and grow in Phase 2 muscle building.
2weeks into Phase 2 and he is already hitting big personal bests on his lifts
