Laura's Success Story

When Laura first come to me we were in lockdown..

Dieting was out the window, drinking was more regular and training, well that was nonexistent.⁣

Motivation was at an all time low. ⁣

Laura had the desire to change but had a huge gap in knowledge in terms of fitness training and nutrition.

Mothering 3 and working full tim,e this didn’t stop her from hitting all the goals I set!⁣⁣

Waking up early everyday to be able to complete each training session⁣, she followed the nutrition plan followed perfectly⁣, as well as getting the family involved with her new healthy habits.

Resulting in losing over 10kg of body fat in as little as 10 weeks!
