Matt story: always being into fitness, training regularly 5x per week.
He come to TheBodyProject wanting to achieve more, step it up to the next level and transform his physique.
With a holiday in 20 weeks we used this as our Goal post to work towards.
Educating Matt around nutrition, we factored in choice meals at weekends, a birthday curry and a few drinks with the boys during this period.
Teaching Matt some advance cues in training but more importantly how to train injury free through a personalised plan.
He was hard working, willing to learn and open to changing habits. This allowed us to produce such incredible results.
