10kg of Body Fat Lost in Just 8 Weeks!

Reagan set himself a challenge that seemed almost impossible, achieving solid abdominals and reaching a low body fat percentage to look more defined, all within a short 8 week window, and he approached The Body Project for online coaching to achieve it.

What’s great about this transformation isn’t just the physical results (though they were great, over 10kg of body fat lost!), but the mental growth that came with it. Before joining The Body Project, my mindset wasn’t great, and I felt like I needed to have an “all or nothing” approach, which lowered my motivation. Now, I understand that you don’t need to be like this to achieve results.

In just 8 weeks, I reached my goal of achieving solid abdominals, which had always been difficult for me, alongside reaching a lower body fat percentage to look more defined.

I dropped over 10kg of body fat in just 8 weeks! My quality of life is now amazing, and I feel grateful and proud of what I’ve achieved, with my confidence at an all-time high.

My biggest barrier was understanding and trusting the process, realising that goals will be achieved, but it takes trust and a hard working mindset.

Now I feel great and ready to see what more I can achieve, to push even harder than before, using the knowledge I’ve gained while working with Luke.
