What is the body project?

Built on expertise

Fitness is at an all time high in 2024, but the industry is full of uneducated influencers giving the wrong advice, in turn making people feel frustrated that they aren’t getting the results they want for the effort they put in.
In comes The Body Project.

The Body Project was started as a way to change this frustration by promoting good fitness advice backed by evidence based coaching techniques. Basically, we were pissed at all the wrong information within the industry, and we’re determined to change that.

The Body Project teaches you to achieve lasting results, no matter your fitness level. Our coaches have a desire to make a positive impact on peoples lives through our advanced coaching approach, with a deep passion for improving not only your physique, but your mindset and lifestyle as well. We achieve this through evidence based coaching that get results, fast, while teaching you how to maintain this well into the future.

We  are determined to help you navigate your goals with a tailored approach, not just some one size fits all training and nutrition programme. Everything we do with your coaching is unique to you and you alone.

The Body Project Difference

So, how is The Body Project different from just a regular personal trainer? Here's just a few reasons we're different...

Why the body project?
  1. MNU Nutritionist

I am an MNU Certified Nutritionist with Full Honours, a fully evidence based nutrition certification giving me incredible tools to be able to support my clients journeys. Being evidence based means these no guess work when it comes to strategies and results.

  2. Personal Trainer mentor

With my passion for helping others, I realised I could make a bigger impact by sharing my own knowledge with other coaches. I am mentor at Mark Cole’s company, where I help coaches improve their expertise,, build a thriving business and achieve results with their own clients.

  3. Bodybuilding competitor

I’ve competed in bodybuilding achieving a “Pro Card” from getting 1st place. I pushed myself to new levels to show I can truly walk the walk of high standard coaching. The knowledge and experience learnt along the way was my biggest win, coming 1st place was an added bonus.

  4. Biomechanics expert

Being a Biocmechanics takes coaching to a whole new level. It gives me the tools to be able to make bespoke plans for the individual as not everyones anatomy is the same. I’ve dedicated myself to learning all I can about biomechanics over the years and will continue to as well.

  5. I enjoy my weekends

I don’t believe you have to give up the things you enjoy to get an incredible physique. I enjoy having choice meals at weekends, socialising, eating out and having a drink with friends without sacrificing my physique. Sign up, and I’ll teach you how you can enjoy your weekends as well.

  6. Spartan trifecta

I also like to challenge my overall conditioning. I’ve competed in multiple Spartan events, one of which was the Spartan Trifecta Race which is a Beast 21k, Super 10k and Sprint 5k over 2 days. 75 obstacles had to be completed that tested fitness, strength and conditioning and mind.

  7. Photoshoot prep

Working towards a photoshoot has many benefits, and is something you can also work towards if you want to unlock a whole new level of confidence. I have aimed towards my own fitness photoshoots multiple times over the years, and encourage clients to do the same.

  8. Football fanatic

Before I was a coach, I played and coached football playing in multiple countries and winning 50+ trophies. Having done this for multiple years, it taught me to push yourself to higher levels, which is something I try to bring to The Body Project. Team, community and support.
