Full time worker and mother of a young daughter, finding time to train was tough but it was still achieved every week.

Before or after work, training had to be done when possible. With a goal to better her self, skipping sessions after a long day at work was not an option.

Flexibility in Iren’s diet allowed her to have family takeaways (choice meals) on a Friday night, so she never went without during those precious family moments. The nutritious eating throughout the week allowed for this tiny bit of indulgence, which is just as important when trying to hit your goals.
