When Lewis first started working with me, he told me he wanted to get shredded and have a body transformation he was proud of.
Lewis trained consistently in the gym. One of his biggest struggles was the weekends where he liked to go out and party.
The first step we took was reducing the partying slightly, educating him on areas where he could make better choices when he was out.
