Phil’s muscle building journey
Phill come to me with the goal of building muscle and more specifically his arms and shoulders.
He has achieved just that and he done it well.
Being a PT in the past his knowledge was there he just need accountability and to be pushed hard in your session.
He pushed to new levels, building muscle and a routine that fitted his life style.
He packed on some serious muscle tissue and since then has gone into a cut and got absolutely shredded for his holiday.
