Laura being no stranger to the gym, a regular gym goer but wanting to take her physique to the next level and she achieved just that!
In order to achieve this goal we improved her training structure, but the main change was her habits outside the gym.
Improving her relationship with food by finding balance, reducing alcohol intake and increasing out put. By doing this she produce incredible results in a very short space of time.
With the accountability trackers I gave her she improved week after week.
By attending the educational calls I hosted to increase her knowledge, this made new habits stick long term.
We are now further on for these results and she’s still in incredible shape.
