He has completed a Spartan Ultra Marathon with a very respectful time.
Whats a Spartan Ultra Marathon? f Well it features 60 obstacles along a 30mile run of rugged terrain, through rivers, over hills and woodland.
For the build up to the event Matt trained hard, increasing his endurance and consuming a diet which isn’t optimal for building muscle tissue (what his use to) but a diet to improve endurance performance.
His goal wasn’t only to complete it but he wanted to compete with those at the top of his age bracket and he done just that. What an amazing accomplishment well done Matt!
