“Before working with The Body Project I was knackered when I got home from work, motivation was low and it was very easy to sidestep exercise and have a little more food then I should in the evening.
I wasn’t happy with how I felt or looked so I decided I needed to make a change.
I never use to fuel my body correctly but TBP has show me that dieting doesn’t have to be boring or over restrictive. You can still achieve results with balance, which is something I struggled with in the past.
I reached my goal in just 8 weeks which I’m so pleased about. I have taken more away from this process then just improving my own confidence and self esteem which I set out to do but also my nutrition, lifestyle and training habits are something I will continue as they are now part of my routine.
My energy is though the roof in comparison to before, now fuelling my body with the right foods at the right time is a game changer, all things I’ve learnt though the process.
I now have the energy to train when I get home from work and look forward to it as before it was too much effort.
