Ryan’s words… 

Starting point:

“Before working with Luke I felt deflated as I had put on weight over covid but wanted to get back to and beyond what I was before as I was no longer confident with the way I looked.

I reached out to Luke as he looked in shape and you could tell he new what he was doing, then after the first consultation call I thought he definitely knew his stuff and looked like we would be able to get results together.

The Journey:

It was a lifestyle change I had to adapt to, as I needed to changed some habits but he helped make things easier and always knew if I had questions he was only a text away, the weekly check ins defo helped with form and staying track, and he knew when to call me out if I wasn’t making the progress I should.

I have learnt a lot, about nutrition and what is good for my body how much I should be eating and what all the macros do for you, like high protein makes you fuller for longer. 

It was easy for me to go off track over weekends and then try and make it back up during the week, but this isn’t viable and when I fully committed I could defo see the results I wanted.

His plans were simple and easy to follow but they become more advanced as I did keeping me interested though out.

End Result:

I feel very proud of how far I’ve come, I never thought I would be able to get into the shape I’m in today but I just didn’t have the tools or knowledge and support that I do now, and I know I could get even further and I’m not stopping here.

Mentally I’m in a really good place, I’m now much more confident and outgoing in life just because of how much better I feel. 

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the support and patience you’ve shown throughout the process, I have broken down barriers and know I can achieve what I set my mind too.
