Andrew committed to 3 weight sessions a week, this may not be a lot in relation to some, especially when you take into consideration how much muscle he has managed to pack on!

But because of his willingness to get the most out of every single session, sets and reps makes progress like this happen!

His desire to perfect each movement… not just moving weights but with an internal focus connecting to each movement and contracting the right muscles.

Research has shown a muscle mind connection can enhance muscular development. Something I try to work on with my more advanced clients.
